My Journey

Discovering how to be comfortable in any space I found myself has been a lifelong experience.  For years, I associated descriptions like being "shy" or "introvert" with having a deficiency or a personality trait I needed to overcome. That could not have been further from the truth. My hope is that in sharing my story, my journey and lessons learned, I can help others avoid many of the mistakes and unnecessary sacrifices I made.

Today, I live unapologetically, confidently displaying the perks and quirks of my personality, taking quiet moments to nurture my inner-introvert. When it’s the right time, I am capable of being fully present, showing up big and filling whatever space I’m in.
